Mixed-use Redevelopment

The College Hill Redevelopment is a mixed-use project featuring 183 apartment units, 26 for-sale town homes and 24,000 square feet of retail shops. This new urbanism neighborhood revitalization is located across from the growing Washburn University campus and will target students for its multi-family housing and retail components. The project is designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood and to restore vibrancy to the College Hill area. The development will feature lofts over retail establishments as well as one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, swimming pool, theatre room, business center, security and adjacent retail shopping.
